The Zerify SCloud Administration portal allows you to manage enterprise licenses for Zerify Defender, users' SCloud accounts associated with those licenses, and the users' devices activated on each license.
You can log in to the Zerify SCloud Administration portal via the following link:
Once you have logged in, you will be brought to the User/License Records page where you can list all SCloud accounts associated with any enterprise licenses you manage by pressing the Search button. You can filter the returned results by any combination of Machine ID, License Key, and Email ID by entering the relevant data into the corresponding search fields before pressing the Search button.
The example image below depicts a sample returned license profile with three action buttons on the left side of the license:
The Delete button will permanently remove the license profile and deactivate any currently activated devices under that profile.
The Edit button will bring you to the Edit License page which will list all activated devices on the license profile. To deactivate a specific installation of Zerify Defender, press the Deactivate button on the right side of the individual device as shown in the example image below:
The Detail button will display information about the license profile and its currently activated devices in a read-only format.
Clicking the Open Activation tab in the navigation bar brings you to a page where you can view and manage any currently pending license profile enrollments.
To list all currently pending license profile enrollments, press the Search button. You can filter the returned results by any combination of License Key and Email ID by entering the relevant data into the corresponding search fields before pressing the Search button. See the example image below for a sample open activation:
Each "open activation" will display some details about the pending license profile enrollment with two action buttons on the right side. Copy Activation Link will copy the necessary confirmation link the user received via email to your clipboard, whereas Cancel Activation will invalidate and delete that specific pending license profile enrollment.

Clicking the Enterprise Licenses tab in the navigation bar brings you to a page which lists all enterprise licenses associated with your Zerify SCloud Administration account as shown in the example image below:
On the left side of each license, you will see three action buttons.
The Delete button will permanently remove the enterprise license from your Zerify SCloud Administration account.
The Edit button will bring you to a page where you can edit the Enroll Code for the license, set the enrollment availability of the license to Active/Inactive, and list any devices currently activated on the license. You must press the Save button to save any changes you have made to these options.
The Enroll Code must be manually provided to users in order for them to enroll under the enterprise license. See ARTICLE for more information about inviting users to enroll under an enterprise license.
The Detail button will display additional information about the enterprise license and its currently activated devices in a read-only format.
